iHub provides LAN (local area network) infrastructure for customers, configured to enable voice and data services and applications to be run over the same network.
This is done through deploying quality of service (QoS) components that prioritise time sensitive traffic such as voice and video, above low priority data traffic, such as email. A convergent network is an important requirement for VoIP if there are more than a few VoIP users on the company network.
Pre defined and configured components are provided, simplifying installation and maintenance, and reducing cost. All LAN components are supported and managed by iHub, providing a complete end to end service for easier support and rapid trouble shooting.
