IP PBX

In cases where customers want to deploy an on site PBX solution, iHub offers Nortel IP PBX products (including Business Communications Manager and CS1000), providing a comprehensive range of voice functionality, plus unrivalled scalability and security. iHub installs all hard and software elements and provides comprehensive after sales service and support.

Nortel’s PBXs can also seamlessly integrate with iHub’s IP Lines and Hosted IP Telephony service, providing customers with a hybrid hosted and on site solution. This can be ideal for customers that have an HQ site which may require an on site solution, and multiple regional offices which are best served by a hosted solution. In this way, all users have access to the same network and feature sets, as well as a uniform service interface.
