Existing CPS & Mobile revenue streams need protecting and restructuring, with iHub’s specific white label, technological & cost effective approach to its solutions this can be achieved. All or part of the application suite can be sold by the partner, so end user clients can experience a unified suite of services presented on a single bill managed by one customer service department.

iHub’s products are designed so that potential partners who are experienced in the communications industry or have little exposure at all, can market our services and generate new revenue streams with little or no upfront investment.
Our technology is based on the Nortel CS2K exchange (200,000 simultaneous call capability) giving carrier grade service with leading multimedia applications and integrated mobile services. The applications are to support business services and lead the hosted and Voice over IP products available in Europe today projecting the iHub partner to the forefront of this convergence arena.
Type of partners:
The Wholesale & Partner line of business is a key part of the iHub strategy and breaks its management of this arena into two areas:-
1. Wholesale Partner e.g. Carrier, ISP, Reseller or SI.
- Ability to bill their own customer
- Self manage installations & maintenance
- Own product brand
iHub will pass CDR’s generated by its AKJ billing system to the wholesale client to bill its end user.
2. Strategic Partner e.g. IT company, dealer, consultant.
iHub will :
- bill end user
- provide 1st line and or 2nd line customer care
- check quotations and help close business
iHub can also bill on the partners behalf enabling a transition from Strategic Partner to Wholesale client if required.
